As some of you know, I was selected to attend the 20th Eddie Adam's Workshop in up-state New York.  It was an amazing opportunity.  The people I met, the words I heard, and the images I saw continue to inspire me daily.  Not only was I able to work with some of the best documentary photographers out there, I was also awarded an assignment from the Detroit Free Press in recognition of my work at the workshop.  Yipee!  I'll be updating my main site with images from my assignment, but for now here's one I snapped when we arrived at the barn on Friday evening.

I don't seem to have very good luck with blogs.  Over the past four years I think I've tried just about every program out there to put my ranting and rambling on the internet, with varying degrees of success.  With the launch of my new site, I thought it was high time for a new blog.  I may return to my old blog at a later date, but for now let me know how this one works for you.
